Warranty/ Disclaimers/ Limitations of Liability -

The Pet Barrier LLC warrants this unit to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase.

If the unit should malfunction please contact us at support@thepetbarrier.com and we will provide you with the address to return it to the factory for evaluation.

Upon examination by The Pet Barrier, LLC, if the unit is found to be defective it will be repaired or replaced at no charge. The Pet Barrier LLC's warranty does not apply to defects resulting from improper use, self repair, or improper instillation.

This warranty is void if the unit shows evidence of having been tampered with or of being damaged as a result of misuse or other circumstances outside The Pet Barrier LLC's control.

The Pet Barrier™ is intended and designed to deter your small to medium sized pet from escaping the confines of a safe environment. The Pet Barrier™ is not intended for use to contain children, or for animals that can leap heights, or for dogs that are trained to charge or attack and/ or have a high predator or defense drive.

Do not attempt to climb over The Pet Barrier™ when engaged. The Pet Barrier LLC does not assume liability for any damages that result from the use or misuse of this product.
